Born in Benin, Dr. Tchobo is an American international lawyer specializing in international criminal law and human rights law. He is the founder and President of the international NGO: Global Justice Intelligence Eyes, Inc. Author of the proposed draft of the Convention for the prevention and the punishment of groupicide.
